Refund Policy

Prepaid balances

Deposits add credit to your account balance and are consumed by usage at the published rates. Unused balances remain available indefinitely.

If you have used none of a deposit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Partially used deposits can be refunded pro-rata at our discretion, minus payment processing costs.

Failed generations

Requests that fail on our side (upstream errors, timeouts) are never billed. If you believe you were charged for a failed generation, contact support with the request id shown in your usage log and we will credit your account after verification.

How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email with the order reference. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment channel within 5–10 business days.
