Terms of Service

1. The service

TokPort operates a unified API gateway that relays requests to third-party artificial-intelligence model providers (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. We may add, change, or discontinue supported models at any time as upstream availability changes.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, that sexualizes minors, that promotes violence or terrorism, or that infringes the rights of others.

You may not resell access to the Service without a written reseller agreement, attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage accounting, or share a single account between multiple parties.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice where required by law or to prevent ongoing harm.

3. Billing

The Service is billed against a prepaid balance in US dollars at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of each request. Failed requests are not billed.

Balances are not interest-bearing and have no cash value outside the Service.

4. Disclaimer and liability

The Service and all generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate, and may not be suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
